ADD SOME VARIETY TO YOUR PROTEIN SHAKES

Whether you're eating to bulk up, slim down, or just maintain your current physique, your nutrition regimen probably requires you to drink a protein shake or two...or ten! This is because protein is an essential macronutrient for building and maintaining lean muscle mass. However, despite the benefits protein shakes bring to our bodies, they can sometimes be a little hard to stomach. If you’re tired of the same ol’ vanilla shake; add some flavor to your daily dose of protein powder. Here are a few tasty shake recipes that will revolutionize your meal plan.

For each recipe, put all the ingredients into your standard shaker cup and blend until your shake reaches the desired consistency. Depending on your caloric needs and taste preferences, you may need to tweak the recipes. Don't be afraid to improvise!

Shake it up!
